The delivery - shipping of the physical work will be after the completion and exhibition of the collection (January - February 2023).
LAS COACHINITAS DE LA ERRE
The proposal takes 3 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday) during normal business hours (GMT -6) to be sent. Once the proposal is approved, the painting takes 1 to 2 weeks to be complete. As of last, it will be delivered - shipped.
ORDERS PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 3 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday) during normal business hours (GMT -6) after receiving your order confirmation email.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Free local delivery is available for orders over $1,250 MXN Peso within La Piedad, Michoacan, MEX and Leon, Guanajuato, MEX. For orders under $1,250 MXN Peso, the charge for local delivery is $75 MXN Peso.
Deliveries are made from 8:00 to 20:00 on business days (Monday to Friday). I will contact you via WhatsApp with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

ORDER STATUS
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at hola.luisrodrigueznaranjo@gmail.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Customers are responsible for these charges if they are applied.
