Collection No. 16
This collection is a growing one. It got born from a local project called The New Banqueter, in which artists from the region get invited to create weekly magazine covers. Project in which I have participated on four occasions. The first one is inspired by the first cover of The New Yorker magazine (February 21, 1925), the second one is inspired by the work Lady with an Ermine, 1490 by the Italian author Leonardo da Vinci, the third one is inspired by the Mexican cardboard dolls known as Lupitas, and the fourth one is inspired by the dogs of the American author Keith Haring.
